SELF-FUNDED STUDENTS

• A bank statement (not older than 3 months) or a bank confirmation letter indicating where the refund must be paid.
• Proof of payment(s) reflected on the student statement:
  • The most recent payment that resulted in the credit.
  • If the credit is due to a balance brought forward, proof of payment for that balance must be provided.
  • For e-payments, a bank statement reflecting the transaction(s) must be submitted.

• If payment was made by a third party and the refund is to be paid to that third party (e.g. parent/guardian), a copy of their ID must be provided.
• If a third party made the payment but the refund is to be paid to the student:
  • A copy of the third party鈥檚 ID.
  • A signed refund consent letter from the third party.
