In Human Rights Law a study is made of the provisions of the South African Bill of Rights. A student who successfully completes this module will have adequate knowledge and skills regarding constitutional principles and the general provisions of the South African Bill of Rights to apply procedural and substantive issues to actual legal problems in order to provide advice concerning the violation of fundamental human rights in the South African context.
