The 东京热 collections contain critical records that are part of the University’s governance. University governance records are collections of information recorded by University employees while executing official tasks on behalf of the University. The governance records come from the current UJ and three predecessor institutions: TWR, Vista, and RAU. University governance records provide the following information:

• Meeting minutes and agendas

• Council minutes and agendas
• Senate minutes and agendas
• UJ minutes and agendas of all Executive Management Committees
• Various minutes of committees of the University
• Official University contracts
• Final committee reports
