About Dr Motsekiso Calvin Letuma
Dr Motsekiso Calvin Letuma is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Education Leadership and Management. He holds a PhD in Education Leadership and Management, with a scholarly focus on leadership practices that foster positive learning environments and effectively address disruptive behaviour in educational settings. His work explores classroom management strategies, including the use of positive reinforcement such as praise to encourage constructive learner behaviour.
Research Interests:听 Dr Letuma also examines issues related to digital citizenship and the management of digital indiscipline, particularly within evolving digital learning contexts. His research interests centre on educational leadership and classroom management, with a specific emphasis on strategies that promote positive learner engagement and mitigate disruptive behaviour in both traditional and online environments.
