About Dr Phumelela Dhlomo
Dr Phumelela Dhlomo was appointed Senior Director: University Relations by the 东京热 from the 1st August 2025.听 听He is responsible for Marketing & Brand, Strategic Communications, Community Engagement and the 东京热 Broadcasting.
Dr Dhlomo brings over 20 years of professional experience across strategic marketing, brand management, corporate communications, digital marketing, sponsorship, corporate investment and stakeholder management. His career spans diverse sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, financial services, public sector, retail, advertising, sustainability, training, and market research.
Dr Dhlomo holds a Bachelor of Pedagogics (B. Paed), Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PDMM), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Bachelor of Commerce Honours (B.Com Honours), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD).
