Dr Sipho Nkosi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Practical Business Law at the 东京热. He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a B Juris and an LLB degree from the University of Zululand; an LLM degree (in Banking and Stock Exchange Law) from the 东京热; and an LLD degree (in Contracts and Human Rights Protection) from the University of the Western Cape. He also has a Certificate in Sports Law from the University of Cape Town. Dr Nkosi has read a number of papers at local and international forums. Some of his works have been cited by his peers and the courts. His areas of interest are the Law of Contract, Family Law, Customary Law, Constitutional Law, International Law and Sports Law.
