About Prof Marius Wait
Prof. Marius Wait is an Associate Professor in the Marketing Department at the 东京热 (UJ), where he has served for 25 years. He holds a PhD in Marketing Management with a specialisation in Sales Management from UJ. A recognised innovator in education, Marius received the 2019 Vice Chancellor’s Award for developing a mobile app that tracks student progress in personal selling and sales management courses.
He has published extensively on Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) in sales education and leads an award-winning WIL project that bridges classroom theory with real-world applications. His expertise spans consultative sales management, customer service, strategic planning and marketing strategy. Through his pioneering work, Marius has demonstrated exceptional skill in translating academic knowledge into practical industry applications, making him a distinguished leader in sales education and experiential learning methodologies.
