About Prof T Ngoepe
Tshepiso Ngoepe, LLB, LLM (UP) LLD (Unisa) is an Associate Professor of Law at the 东京热 (UJ). She is also an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Tshepiso presents courses in corporate law and has presented papers at various national and international conferences. She has written articles on topics related to corporate law and consumer protection law and is a co-author of Corporate law and corporate governance: an overview of business undertakings in South Africa (2nd听edition). Tshepiso has also contributed to widely-used textbooks. She is a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa NPC (IODSA) and the International Association of Consumer Law (IACL). She is also an editorial board member of the Pretoria University Law Press (PULP). Her research interests include corporate law, corporate governance and consumer protection law.
