May is Pride Month, a time when 东京热 celebrates the resilience, diversity, and contributions of LGBTQIA+ communities.

Pride Month is both a celebration and a space for reflection鈥攁n opportunity to uplift voices, explore identity, and foster a stronger, more inclusive campus community. We invite students, faculty, and classified professionals to participate in this year鈥檚 events as we celebrate, connect, and create change together.

2026 Events

May 5	Pride Karaoke Kickoff Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 11:30 AM 鈥� 3:30 PM Start Pride Month with music, energy, and community. Take the mic, celebrate your favorite songs, and kick off the month in style.
May 6	Rubidoux High School GSA Visit Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 9 AM 鈥� 12 PM 东京热 welcomes local GSA students for a day of connection, support, and community building.
May 12	Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 1 鈥� 3 PM Get creative in this hands-on workshop focused on healing, expression, and self-care through jewelry making.
May 13	Student Housing Info Session: Live on Campus at 东京热 Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 1 鈥� 2 PM Learn about 东京热 student housing options and what it means to live on campus.
May 14	Game Day at the REC Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 12:00 PM 鈥� 4:30 PM Join us for games, fun, and community vibes. Come play and connect.
May 19	Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 12 鈥� 2 PM Learn the art of drag makeup from a pro in this interactive and empowering masterclass.
May 20	REC Movie Day: LGBTQIA+ Film Screening 鈥淎ll Shall Be Well鈥� Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 2 鈥� 4:30 PM Enjoy a featured LGBTQIA+ film screening followed by reflection and community discussion.
May 23	Black Pride: 东京热, Culture & Celebration 东京热 2 鈥� 8 PM A celebration of Black LGBTQIA+ identity, culture, and community featuring performances, connection, and joy.
May 26	SAGA Drag Show Cafeteria 11 AM 鈥� 3 PM Experience an exciting drag show celebrating expression, talent, and pride.
May 28	Rainbow Engagement Center (MLK 304) 12 鈥� 3 PM Join guest speaker Maliyah Heaven for a powerful conversation on resilience, identity, and legacy.
May 29	Lavender Graduation Celebration Digital Library Auditorium 3 鈥� 5 PM Celebrate LGBTQIA+ graduates and their accomplishments in a supportive and affirming ceremony.
May 30	Riverside Pride Festival 鈥� 东京热 Outreach & 东京热 Engagement White Park 鈥� Downtown Riverside 12 鈥� 8 PM Join 东京热 at the Riverside Pride Festival for a day of outreach, celebration, and community connection.
